Obtaining a license or changing the beneficiary can be a significant challenge. CEG also requires a local director. The rest can agree on a proxy holder (it means the director will be your person, and a local representative will be appointed by proxy).

Not all directors work with CEG, and what’s even more important — only a few have good connections there. However, they also have advantages: by working with them, you can potentially implement quite cool and complex things for your business.
